Types of Training

Computer Based and Face to Face Training Formats:

CD/DVD

System requirements: computer connected to the Internet with speakers or headphones.

This training is narrated and maybe a combination of pictures, slides and videos, to include screen capturing to show an individual how to navigate in software or a particular website. The training may be interactive forcing the student to interact with the training to advance. This training can include student handouts, note pages, quizzes, tests, and surveys in PDF format that can be downloaded and/or printed from within the training presentation. The limitations associated with this format is the fact that the tests must be graded manually, the training certificate must be produced manually, and the training record must be executed manually.

 

Shared Drive / Intranet / Website:

System requirements: a computer connected to the Internet with speakers or headphones.

This training is narrated and maybe a combination of pictures, slides and videos, to include screen capturing to show an individual how to navigate in software or a particular website. This training can include student handouts, note pages, quizzes, tests, and surveys in PDF format that can be downloaded and/or printed from within the training presentation. The limitations associated with this format are the fact that the tests must be graded manually, the training certificate must be produced manually, and the training record must be executed manually. Additionally, depending on the number of individuals taking the training simultaneously, this can be taxing on the server capabilities.

 

Instructor Led Training

Student requirements: Punctuality and courtesy for your fellow students and the instructor.

Aviation Integrity, LLC will publish a schedule of various Instructor Led Training courses available to the aviation maintenance community at predetermined times and locations throughout the course of the year. The courses that we offer in this environment are typically going to be FAA IA Renewal classes that are listed on our IA Renewal portion of this website.

 

Instructor Led Webinars

Aviation Integrity, LLC will publish a schedule of various webinars available to the aviation maintenance community. Student handouts and note pages will be available for each student to download before or during the webinar. Students that have a web cam with a built-in microphone, or an external microphone plugged into their computer are welcome to ask the instructor questions during the webinar. Unfortunately, Students that have preregistered and paid for a webinar will not be reimbursed if they are unable to attend the scheduled webinar.

 

Learning Management System; Ours or Yours

System requirements: a computer connected to the Internet with speakers or headphones.

This training is narrated and maybe a combination of pictures, slides and videos, to include screen capturing to show an individual how to navigate in software or a particular website. The training may be interactive forcing the student to interact with the training to advance. This training can include student handouts, note pages, in PDF format that can be downloaded and/or printed from within the training presentation. Quizzes, tests, and surveys are administered and graded electronically. Certificates are administered electronically, and training records are maintained electronically.

 

On Location Training

System requirements: a training room either at your facility or one of your choosing large enough to accommodate the number of students intending to participate.

This training is scheduled to fit your time frame and at a time and location that is convenient for your staff. The training is delivered by an Aviation Integrity Training Specialist that is a subject matter expert and has an extensive background performing this type of training.
